    A lifelong enthusiast of wellness, I passionately support and practice a healthy mind-body connection. I am a licensed Social Service Worker with 14 years of experience and training.   I have taught dance and fitness classes in Utah county for the last 12 years and became an Independent Health and Wellness Coach in 2017.   I love increasing and applying new knowledge, training, and networking in the fields of nutrition, fitness, and mental health.  I truly believe that our environment and body are part of the connected system that affects our choices and success.  I am ready to share my knowledge, passion, and experience as a mentor to empower your life to the next level.
