I added my favorite nutrition tracker of all times in the downloads today. I find it the most beneficial in groups with incentive plans just to keep everyone motivated and accountable. What I love about it is that it changes lifestyle and focus on what WORKS FOR EVERYONE solutions like drinking more water, eating fruits and vegetables, getting exercise and so forth. When I did the challenge a $10 incentive was paid by each participant into a pot to be awarded to whom ever earned the most points in 8 weeks. Each week we had an added changing point bonus such as remove refined foods or complete 25 push ups etc...I liked that because nutrition and health is not always about weight loss. I have weighed nearly the same weight for the last 25 year. That does not mean I do not need to reinforce healthy life habits. The benefits of a healthy lifestyle go far beyond a healthy weight. In fact sometimes, I need even more incentives because I do not see physical changes the same way (weigh ha ha, couldn't resist a little pun). Get healthy for the mental health benefit s, for better sleep, for stress relief, for injury prevention, for energy, for increased libido, for happy endorphins, the list can go on and on. Do it because you love the partner your body is for your soul.
